Yes. Just Mind Counseling is in network with Nomi Health. Our scheduling coordinator confirms which therapists are open to new Nomi Health clients when you reach out.
Is Nomi Health my insurance company?
Nomi Health runs the network and payments for your employer’s plan. Your employer still decides what the plan covers, so the benefits booklet from HR is the best place to check the details.
Do I need a referral to see a Just Mind therapist?
It depends on your plan. HMO plans usually require a referral, and PPO plans usually don’t. If you have questions, call the member services number on the back of your Nomi Health card.
Can my kids use our Nomi Health plan at Just Mind?
We work with children from two years old and up, along with teens and adults. Ask Nomi Health how your plan covers therapy for dependents.
What if my insurance changes to a plan you don’t take?
You can ask your new insurance company for a single case agreement so you can keep seeing your therapist. If it is approved, you pay what you would pay an in-network provider.
Does Nomi Health cover couples therapy at Just Mind?
No. Couples therapy is out of network for every insurance plan we take. Insurance requires a diagnosis code, and because couples therapy treats the relationship rather than one person, there isn’t a diagnosis code that can be assigned. Our rates and insurance page lists self-pay rates.
