If your employer’s health plan runs through Employers Health Network and you need an EHN therapist in Austin, Just Mind Counseling is in network with EHN. You can see us at one of our offices or by telehealth. We can match you with a licensed therapist who accepts your plan.
EHN is an employer health network, which means your benefits are shaped by the company you work for. Two people with EHN can have very different mental health coverage.

EHN and WebTPA on Your Card
Our rates page lists EHN and WebTPA together. Depending on your employer, your member card may show one name or both.
When you fill out our signup form, include the names and phone numbers printed on your card. That helps our team confirm your coverage faster.
How to Check Your EHN Mental Health Benefits
Your HR or benefits team can tell you how your company’s plan is set up, and the member services number on your card can answer specifics. Ask about:
- Outpatient mental health coverage and your cost per visit
- Whether your deductible applies to therapy
- Coverage for telehealth sessions
- Coverage for family therapy, if you want it
Many employer plans are covered by federal mental health parity rules, which the U.S. Department of Labor explains for workers.
Services EHN Members Use at Just Mind
Insurance covers therapy that treats a diagnosed mental health condition in one person. For EHN members that typically means individual therapy.
Our therapists use approaches like CBT, EMDR, IFS and somatic work, depending on what you need and what fits you.
What to Have Ready
- Your EHN member card, front and back
- Your employer’s name
- A payment method on file: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, HSA card, cash or check
Cancellations under 24 hours are charged the full session fee.
A Therapist Picked for You
Many of our clinicians accept EHN. Our client care team, made up of real people, matches you with one who fits your needs, personality and schedule.
In-person sessions happen at our North Austin office on Spicewood Springs Road and our Westlake office on Bee Caves Road. Telehealth is available anywhere in Texas, 7 days a week.
EHN Therapist Austin FAQs
Is Just Mind in network with Employers Health Network?
Yes, we are in network with Employers Health Network. Because each employer sets up its plan differently, we check your specific EHN plan when we match you with a therapist.
My card says WebTPA. Can I still use it at Just Mind?
Our rates page lists EHN and WebTPA together. Include everything printed on your card when you sign up, and our team will confirm your coverage.
What if I can’t find an EHN therapist with openings?
Tell our client care team your schedule and preferences. If no in-network therapist fits, you can ask your plan about a single-case agreement or use out-of-network benefits with a superbill.
What if my insurance changes to a plan you don’t take?
You can ask your new insurance company for a single case agreement so you can keep seeing your therapist. If it is approved, you pay what you would pay an in-network provider.
Does EHN cover couples therapy at Just Mind?
No. Couples therapy is out of network for every insurance plan we take. Insurance requires a diagnosis code, and because couples therapy treats the relationship rather than one person, there isn’t a diagnosis code that can be assigned. Our rates and insurance page lists self-pay rates.
Do I need a referral to see a Just Mind therapist?
It depends on your plan. HMO plans usually require a referral, and PPO plans usually don’t. If you have questions, call the member services number on the back of your EHN card.
