Celina believes that unconditional positive regard and genuineness are two key elements to having a healthy relationship with yourself and others. Acceptance of ourselves for who we are, as we are in the moment, is what she believes opens up possibilities and changes lives. As a therapist, Celina brings these elements to her work with her clients. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Humanistic and mindfulness therapy.
Celina enjoys working with adults to help them work through a variety of issues. She specializes in working with adults seeking personal and interpersonal growth, young adults trying to navigate life, as well as those who have experienced trauma, have a mood or anxiety disorder, or face co-parenting and parenting challenges.
