Low-Cost Counseling With UT Social Work Interns

Access to quality mental health care shouldn’t depend on your budget. Our UT Social Work Intern Program offers a lower-cost way to begin therapy with advanced graduate-level clinicians who are closely supported by our onsite licensed supervisors. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity questions, stress, or life transitions, this program provides compassionate care at a more accessible fee.

We offer both in-person and telehealth options.

What Is the UT Social Work Intern Program?

Our Social Work Intern Therapists are Master’s-level students in the final stages of their training at the UT Steve Hicks School of Social Work. They bring fresh clinical training, evidence-based techniques, and a high level of engagement to their work with clients.

Each intern meets weekly with a licensed LCSW supervisor at Just Mind to ensure quality, growth, and ethical care.

Session Cost: $60–$75 (based on financial need)
Ages Seen: Teens (13+), college students, young adults, adults
Insurance: Not billable to insurance; self-pay only
