Why Therapy?

As a teacher, school counselor, and parent, I realized that people of all ages desire a safe space to express their thoughts, ideas, concerns, and emotions whether it is through talking, playing, writing, creating, or moving. I decided to become a therapist so that I could offer the time and a judgement-free environment for individuals to address their needs.

I feel honored to facilitate the therapeutic process for an individual to discover his/her inner strength, confidence, appreciation, and healing.
