Evan Sadler, LCSW
(He/Him) |
Counselor:
Adults
Evan brings deep compassion to his work with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, OCD, and existential concerns. Evan operates from a neurodiverse lense of practice, and has helped many people embrace their differently wired brain as diversity rather than deficit. Additionally, Evan has expertise in a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, and is particularly passionate about working with individuals who are trying to make sense and meaning out of their uncommon experiences.
Evan is a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience and has a strong background in community mental health services. His work has been defined by the idea that every individual is worthy of dignity and respect. Evan sees his therapist role as someone who walks with his clients, rather than leads. The foundation of Evan’s work is warmth, acceptance, curiosity, and empathy, and his practice draws from EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and attachment theory.
