Why Therapy?

I have always had a natural curiosity about why people think, feel, and behave the way they do and a strong calling to support people who are struggling emotionally, relationally, or psychologically.

Being a therapist allows me authentic, meaningful conversations about life’s most important issues, and provides a depth of connection and trust that often develops within the therapeutic relationship.
