Dante is a licensed social worker who works primarily with individuals and couples struggling with relationship stress, communication and trust issues, anxiety, depression, and past trauma. He recognizes the challenges that transitions in life can cause and is experienced in working with clients trying to cope with grief and find their way after a break-up, divorce, or other significant loss.
Dante utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), interpersonal neurobiology, attachment, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and trauma-informed evidence-based practices. He is also trained in Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
With all of his clients, Dante works to establish a relationship based on trust and views it as the foundation for the entire therapeutic experience. He prioritizes helping each of his clients feel seen, valued, and supported, as well as highlighting their strengths. Dante values the role of humor in therapy and always makes an effort to create a space for his clients that feels comfortable and safe to explore all emotional experiences. In fostering an alliance with each client, he’s able to help them reach their goals through mutual trust and accountability.
