Why Therapy?

I volunteered at a Children’s Crisis Center while I was a senior in high school. It had a big impact on my perspective of the world. This experience was the start of my journey to becoming a therapist.

Professional Motivation

I love connecting with my clients on a relational level. We are all human and need connection and a space to just be who we are in the moment and explore who we want to become. Watching my clients continue to grow and find their true selves is a great honor that I am so lucky to witness.
