We have some in-person and plenty of online counseling options this week and next week. The only area we have little capacity at the moment is with children but we are working to add additional availability.
It might comfort you to know that all of our in-person counselors have been fully vaccinated and our therapy offices have high volume air filters. If you have been fully vaccinated, you are invited to choose in person or telehealth. If you are not fully vaccinated, we respectfully request that you choose telehealth at this time. We hope to have more options in the near future. We are following the current guidelines of the CDC and will make adjustments as they advise. If you are a current client, talk to your therapist to better understand the options they have available.
We also offer online support which has proven very effective. These sessions can be done on pretty much any smartphone, tablet, or computer and are done via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform – Google Meet. You will need a Google Account (Gmail, etc) to participate in our online counseling system. Google uses this to authenticate that you are the correct person participating in the call and guaranteeing end-to-end encryption. We have had incredible success utilizing online counseling and making progress with all mental health concerns. If you have questions about online counseling, please let our scheduling team know, and we will be glad to answer them.
