Currently we have options for counseling in person and online. All of our in-person counselors have been fully vaccinated and are holding therapy session without masks, as we feel this is the most conducive for counseling work. If you have been fully vaccinated, you are invited to choose in person or telehealth. If you have are not fully vaccinated, we respectfully request that you choose telehealth at this time. We hope to have more options in the near future. If you are a current client, talk to your therapist to better understand the options they have available.
We also offer online and phone support. These sessions can be done on pretty much any smartphone, tablet, or computer and are done via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform – Google Meet. You will need a Google Account (Gmail, etc) to participate in our online counseling system. Google uses this to authenticate that you are the correct person participating in the call and guaranteeing end-to-end encryption.
We have had incredible success utilizing online counseling and making progress with all mental health concerns. We know not everyone may be comfortable with the shift to telehealth, but it is essential to maintain support throughout this anxiety-inducing time. If you have questions about online counseling, please let our scheduling team know, and we will be glad to answer them.
