4/14/20 update:

We will be reopening in mid May for in person therapy sessions. If you are a current client, talk to your therapist to better understand the options they have available. If you are a new client, you can request your preference of in-person or online and we will give you the options we currently available.

Until mid May, we are only offering online counseling to give online and phone support. These sessions can be done on pretty much any smartphone, tablet, or computer, and are done via a secure, HIPAA compliant platform – Google Meet. You will need a Google Account (Gmail, etc) to participate in our online counseling system. Google uses this to authenticate that you are the correct person participating on the call and to guarantee end to end encryption.

We have had incredible success utilizing online counseling and making progress with all mental health concerns. We know not everyone may be comfortable with the shift to telehealth, but it is important to maintain support throughout this anxiety-inducing time. If you have questions about online counseling, please let our scheduling team know and we will be glad to answer them.

**As of this week we have good availability for individual counseling, some availability for couples, and some more limited availability for kids and teens. EMDR availability is on a waitlist basis at the moment.
