Why Therapy?

In my personal journey of healing and self-discovery, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound impact of compassionate support. The understanding and encouragement I received from caring individuals not only validated my experiences but also gave me the strength to move forward on my path to growth. This realization ignited a strong sense of purpose within me. I felt called to extend the same kindness and guidance I had received to others. My aim became clear: to be a source of support and comfort for those facing their own challenges, helping them find their way toward a brighter future through safe connections. I am fully dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals can explore their inner selves, draw strength from vulnerability, and embark on their own journey of healing and transformation.

Professional Motivation

What I find most rewarding about counseling is witnessing individuals’ remarkable capacity for resilience. It’s truly inspiring to see the transformation that takes place when they liberate themselves from trauma and pain, allowing them to reconnect with their authentic selves and tap into their inner wisdom.

Education

I earned my bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico City. Following that, I pursued my master’s degree in Professional Counseling at Texas State University, San Marcos, graduating in 2007.

Hobbies

Some of my favorite hobbies include traveling, hiking, watching movies, and exercising.

Previous Occupations

Before transitioning into counseling, I worked in sales.
