Counselor: Teens, Adults
Kellie enjoys working collaboratively with adolescents and adults as a compassionate, empathetic, and open-minded therapist. She works with clients to overcome a variety of setbacks and challenges and helps them recognize how to be advocates for themselves. Kellie’s welcoming attitude and passion for helping others allow her to assist clients to build on their best qualities, find and grow their strengths, and improve their resilience. Although her approach is influenced by client-centered, strengths-based, and relational theories, she aims to meet her clients where they are, and together they figure out what will work best for that individual in that specific instance. Her focuses include life transitions, self-exploration and finding purpose, career counseling, stress management, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
