I grew up with a number of therapists in my family and had an interest in the field from a young age. I was able to improve my life and well-being through my own therapy and I enjoy supporting others find their own peace, acceptance, and life satisfaction.
I love getting to know each client, developing a strong therapeutic alliance, and helping clients reach their goals or develop new goals. I also enjoy helping clients understand themselves better, change what they can and learn to accept what they cannot change; and learn to be okay with that.
Playing soccer, hiking, mountain biking, working out, and watching my favorite team- Tottenham Hotspur.
Before working in mental health I was a homelessness prevention specialist, soccer coach, and tutor.
