Patricia wants you to know what needs to change in your life in order to have the life you want. She listens to your hurts, grief, anger, and communication challenges, and helps you to move from your pain to hope by exploring and identifying your goals and helping you create a plan using your new insights and skills. She uses more than 25 years of experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, family systems, and couples counseling tools from Imago Therapy, Gottman Therapy principles, communication–conflict resolution skills, and compassion. Additionally, Patricia works with clients in the Christian community. She utilizes her warmth, insights, encouragement, and humor as she helps you develop confidence to make the changes you want and need in your life.
