Thomas Dong, LPC
Thomas enjoys working individually with both adults and adolescents to understand and reduce anxiety, cope with change, cultivate self-love, engage in dynamic self-care practices, and help clients develop a personality that best reflects the values, beliefs, and lifestyle that defines their life goals. He strives to help clients become more comfortable with the present, and aims to empower clients toward more intentional living while developing general satisfaction in interpersonal relationships. He may integrate and use any evidence-based skills that include CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness strategies, and/or family systems therapy techniques to match specific client needs. Thomas is trained in the Gottman Method (Level Two) for couples therapy work.
