Greg Spayd, LPC
Greg’s love of people has always driven his work. His career as a counselor began in 2000, and he has worked with adults and couples in private practice and in higher education. Greg uses a number of different approaches with clients who have interest in deepening their understanding of self and their relationships, and increasing meaning in life. He has a deep interest in working with people living with chronic illness as well as those seeking counseling for depression and anxiety. Though his orientation is Existential Humanism, he employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and he has completed Level Two of Gottman Method training for couples therapy.
