Eileen Kinney Lindgren, LMFT-A

Counselor: Children, Adolescents, Parenting, Adults

Eileen gets that our primary relationships form the blueprint for relationships throughout our lives. That is why she is passionate about early support for children and adolescents and for helping parents show up as their best selves during this critical developmental time. Her calm, authentic presence helps clients feel safe and together they explore issues and identify roadblocks that can get in the way of realizing one’s full potential. Whether it is through play therapy, sandtray, and creative expression with children, or mindful talk therapy with adolescents and adults, Eileen works collaboratively and at the client’s own pace. As a mother herself, she enjoys working with women in all stages of life transition. Her interdisciplinary approach draws on attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and body-based work.
