Dr. Ron Grace is a licensed psychologist who works with adults who are faced with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, stress/adjustment issues, and ADHD. He also conducts family and couples counseling sessions. Ron adopts an integrative psychotherapy style in order to tailor each treatment experience to the unique needs of each individual, often including elements of positive thinking, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. He believes in a collaborative approach in which the therapist and client work together to reach their goals in a warm, positive, and empowering setting.
