Kelly believes in the ability of individuals and couples to change. Change is difficult, but with the right tools and support, it is possible. In therapy, he provides a welcoming and non-judgmental space for clients to process their struggles. Kelly supports clients’ healing from past wounds and their move towards living authentically in the present. He believes it takes courage and vulnerability to be our true selves, and provides comfort and support so that clients may live in a way that feels fulfilling. Kelly considers the therapeutic relationship to be one of the most meaningful relationships that exists. He provides therapy in English and Spanish that is evidence-based and informed by neuroscience, attachment theory, and feminist psychology.

My own experience in therapy led me to understand that letting go of shame and living life as an authentic individual is one of the most powerful experiences a person can have. I want to help others experience that as well.
I love working with people, hearing their stories, and helping them heal.
